Today, we’re checking in with Andrew Morris down in Central Florida, who’s been putting his GT-200 to the test for almost a year now.
A Year in Review: Andrew's Experience
Andrew has logged 164 hours on his GT-200 since he started using it in January. When asked how the machine has performed for him, Andrew didn’t hesitate to give us his honest feedback: "It’s been performing great! The cutting is excellent, the visibility is top-notch, and I haven’t had any major issues."
What stands out for Andrew is not just the performance of the GT-200 but also the view from inside the cab. "There’s nothing blocking your view, and it makes working on tough terrain much easier." For any operator, visibility can make a huge difference in efficiency and safety, so it’s no surprise that this feature has been a highlight.
Support that Matters
Beyond performance, Andrew emphasized the customer service experience. "Whenever I’ve had a question about the mulcher, I’ve been able to call and get the help I need quickly." A Quick Maintenance Visit
During our visit, we spent some time making a few adjustments to the GT-200. We worked on the belt that controls the motor to the drum, ensuring it was properly adjusted and tightened, and we also took some time to work on the tracks. These quick fixes are a normal part of machine maintenance and keep everything running smoothly.
Would He Recommend It?
Without hesitation, Andrew gave us a resounding, "Oh yeah!" when asked if he would recommend the GT-200 to others. After 164 hours of use, it’s clear that the GT-200 continues to impress and deliver the results Andrew needs for his land-clearing work.
