How to File a Warranty Claim

Your new piece of Gyro-Trac equipment that you have purchased is covered by a LIMITED Warranty.

IMPORTANT: “NO REPAIRS” or “MACHINE WORK” is to be started or Damaged Parts to be discarded until FAILURE is Diagnosed and work is Authorized by the GYRO-TRAC’S WARRANTY DEPARTMENT.  The CUSTOMER is responsible for Authorizing the Inspection or Teardown by the Repair Facility but only to the point where damage is visible. Your MACHINE may be repaired at any authorized Repair Facility or You may e-mail us at warranty@gyrotrac.com for assistance with your claim.
